Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-09-26
These terms govern your use of easymode.trade ("Easy Mode", "we"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. Please read them — they are short and written in plain language.
1. Who we are
Easy Mode is an independent project operated from Cyprus (European Union). We are not a broker, a proprietary trading firm, an investment adviser or a financial institution, and we are not affiliated with TradingView or with any prop firm listed on the site.
You can reach us at hello@easymode.trade.
2. What Easy Mode is
Easy Mode is a set of tools for traders who work with proprietary trading firms: a comparator of prop-firm rules and prices, an account tracker, a trading journal, calculators, a news feed and invite-only TradingView indicators.
Every feature is available to every account. There is no paid tier, no trial period and no card to enter. We may add, change or retire features over time.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your account data from our systems as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Use the platform as a trader would. Do not attempt to access other people's data, probe or overload our systems, scrape the site at scale, resell access, or share invite-only indicator access with people who do not have an account.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we may remove content or data that is abusive or illegal.
5. Indicators and intellectual property
The site, its design, its texts and its TradingView indicators belong to Easy Mode. Access to invite-only indicators is granted to the TradingView username you provide, for your personal use, for as long as you have an account. It is a licence, not a transfer of ownership; you may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer or republish the indicators.
Data you enter yourself — tracker accounts, journal entries, settings — remains yours.
6. Not financial advice, no execution
Nothing on Easy Mode is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument or to sign up with any firm. Indicators, calculators, comparisons and news are informational tools. Every trading decision is yours alone.
Easy Mode never connects to your broker or prop-firm account, never places orders and never has access to your funds.
Please read the Risk Disclosure. Trading leveraged products can result in the loss of your entire capital, and most people who attempt prop-firm evaluations do not pass.
7. Prop firms and third parties
The prop firms on the site are independent companies. Your relationship with a firm — its evaluation, its rules, its fees, its payouts — is between you and that firm, under that firm's terms. We are not a party to it and cannot intervene in it.
We collect rules and prices from each firm's public terms and update them regularly, but firms change their rules without notice. Always verify the current terms on the firm's own site before paying for anything.
8. How Easy Mode is funded
Some links to prop firms are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, the firm pays us a commission; you pay the same price as anyone else. This is disclosed wherever those links appear. Affiliate status does not influence how firms are described, ranked or compared.
9. Availability and changes
The platform is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free data. We may modify or discontinue any part of the platform, and we may update these terms; the date at the top always reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Mode is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, evaluation fees, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the platform, from reliance on its data or indicators, or from your relationship with any third-party firm. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
